Our Story
Twin Rivers IV and Wellness was founded by Jessie Russell who is incredibly passionate about her own health and wellness lifestyle. The Twin River’s story began February 2018 with a renovated classic 1975 Airstream, a mobile business plan, and a prayer.
After working golf events, concerts, organized sporting events, festivals, and private parties for close to six months, the demand of needing a brick-and-mortar location and a membership plan became clear. Success was quick and it wasn’t long before the first lounge was opened in downtown Littleton, Colorado.
One year later the second lounge was opened on historic South Pearl Street in Denver, Colorado. Around the same time, Twin Rivers joined forces with an existing lounge, making it the third addition to the Twin Rivers collective in Breckenridge, Colorado.
This launched an initiative to develop the franchise model and manuals for growth inside and outside of the state. This was followed by a successful franchise in Jonesboro, Arkansas and the addition of our latest location in Clayton, North Carolina.
In the last several years, we have witnessed a shift in people educating themselves, taking preventive measures in regard to their health, using alternative treatments to illness and disease, and taking responsibility for their well-being—or what we like to call, getting back to the basics of hydration and vitamins. This continues to spark an interest in other wellness services and we are excited to expand our menu to other alternatives such as peptides, hormone therapy, NAD+ and weight loss.
Jessie has worked hard to live her own healthy lifestyle and is now committed to helping others incorporate similar practices into their own lives. Through education, affordable and accessible services, and individualized health plans, Twin Rivers IV and Wellness Lounge is making its own impact in the industry and its communities, and look forward to continuing to spread that passion.

Meet the Founder
Jessie Russell
Owner and Nursing Director
Jessie Russell is the Owner/Operator and Nursing Director of Twin Rivers IV Lounge. She is a Mississippi native who move to Colorado in 2016 and has a 10-year background in the Emergency Department. Since leaving the hospital setting, she has found a passion for health and wellness and pre-hospital care. Her twins, Kane and Kohda, and daughter River are the name stake of the company. She stays busy spending time in and out of the lounge working, camping, and traveling when life allows.
