After losing her son in 2022 and being forced to work the day he passed, Sara realized she needed to create a life that allowed her to prioritize what matters most—her family, her freedom, and her purpose. That moment sparked the vision for her wellness lounge: a space she could call her own, where her kids could come to work with her, and where she could control both her time and her income.
Starting in a 150-square-foot room, she poured her heart into building something bigger—moving into a beautiful space in Clayton that quickly took off. When her daughter was diagnosed with cancer, her team rallied, and her business not only survived, it thrived. With her daughter now in remission, Sara celebrated a full-circle moment by opening her second location in Goldsboro exactly one year to the day after she opened Clayton.
Known for her deep empathy and personal connection with clients, Sara brings a rare kind of care to her work—listening closely, tailoring every service to each individual, and treating every person like family. From former ER work to proactive health solutions, her mission is to help people feel better, live longer, and be seen. Her clients often become friends, showing up for birthdays, grand openings, and every meaningful moment in between.

Where is Twin Rivers IV located in Clayton?
We’re located at 4879 NC Highway 42 East, Suite G, in the Flowers Plantation community. We’re in the Flowers Crossroads commercial area, about 25 minutes from downtown Raleigh and 10 minutes from downtown Clayton.
What are your hours?

Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome! Come in when it’s convenient for you. If you prefer to book in advance or want to guarantee a specific time, you can book online through our website or call (919) 631-6574.
Do you have an infrared sauna?
Yes! Our Clayton location offers full-spectrum infrared sauna sessions. It’s a great complement to IV therapy for detox, relaxation, and recovery.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
At your first appointment, we’ll take a few extra minutes to get to know you and ensure your safety. We’ll discuss your wellness goals, review your medical history, take your vitals, and have you complete a brief waiver. Most IV therapy sessions take about 30 minutes—for your first visit, please plan for an additional 15 minutes for the intake process.
Who administers the IVs?
Registered nurses! At Twin Rivers Clayton, we hire experienced registered nurses—many with ER backgrounds—to educate and help you choose the service that’s right for you.
Do you take insurance?
We don’t accept insurance directly; however, clients have been able to use their HSA cards and MediFlex plans to cover the services we offer.
Do you have other North Carolina locations?
Yes! We also have a location in Goldsboro, NC—about 30 minutes east of Clayton. Both locations are owned and operated by Sara Lacombe and her team.
