Welcome to Twin Rivers IV Littleton
Located on historic Main Street in downtown Littleton, our original lounge is where the Twin Rivers story began. This is our flagship location—the first brick-and-mortar space we opened in 2018 after outgrowing our mobile Airstream operation. Whether you’re recovering from a tough workout, battling Colorado’s dry climate, or simply looking to boost your energy, our experienced nursing team is here to help.
Downtown Littleton offers a charming, walkable Main Street lined with turn-of-the-century buildings, local boutiques, brewpubs, and cafes. We’re just a few miles south of Denver but with a small-town atmosphere all our own. Stop by before or after exploring the shops, or make us part of your regular wellness routine.
Our lounge is located inside a suite-style setup with easy parking right on Main Street. You can also reach us via RTD Light Rail—take the C or D line to Littleton-Downtown Station, then walk one block north on Prince Street.

Jessie Russell
Owner & Nursing Director
Jessie Russell is the Owner/Operator and Nursing Director of Twin Rivers IV Lounge. A Mississippi native who moved to Colorado in 2016, Jessie brings a 10-year background in the Emergency Department to our team. Since leaving the hospital setting, she has found a passion for health and wellness and pre-hospital care.
The Twin Rivers story began in February 2018 with a renovated classic 1975 Airstream, a mobile business plan, and a prayer. After working golf events, concerts, organized sporting events, festivals, and private parties for close to six months, the demand for a brick-and-mortar location became clear. Success was quick and it wasn’t long before this lounge opened in downtown Littleton—our original flagship location.
Jessie’s twins, Kane and Kohda, and daughter River are the namesake of the company. When she’s not working in the lounge, she stays busy camping and traveling with her family.

Is this the original Twin Rivers location?
Yes! Our Littleton lounge is the original Twin Rivers location, opened in 2018 after we outgrew our mobile Airstream operation. This is our flagship location where our founder, Jessie Russell, still works.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome! Come in when it’s convenient for you. If you prefer to book in advance or want to guarantee a specific time (especially on busy weekends), you can book online through our website.
Do you offer mobile IV therapy in Littleton?
Yes! We offer mobile IV services throughout the Littleton and Denver metro area with our fully-equipped vintage 1975 Airstream—the same one we started the business with! We service individuals at home, groups of friends, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate wellness events, and more. There’s a $100 service fee for groups under 6 people (waived for groups of 6+). What can I expect at my first appointment?
At your first appointment, we’ll take a few extra minutes to get to know you and ensure your safety. We’ll discuss your wellness goals, review your medical history, take your vitals, and have you complete a brief waiver. Most IV therapy sessions take about 30 minutes—for your first visit, please plan for an additional 15 minutes for the intake process.
Who administers the IVs?
Registered nurses! At Twin Rivers, we hire highly trained and skilled registered nurses to educate and help you choose the service that’s right for you. Each of our staff members has no less than five years of clinical experience and will spend the necessary time with each client to make your visit unique to you.
Do you take insurance?
We don’t accept insurance directly; however, clients have been able to use their HSA cards and MediFlex plans to cover the services we offer.
What are your Littleton hours?
Monday through Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-4pm, and Sunday 9am-1pm.
