What are your Paragould hours?
We’re open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm. We’re closed on Sunday and Monday.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome! Come in when it’s convenient for you. If you prefer to book in advance or want to guarantee a specific time, you can book online through our website or call (870) 573-7791.
Is this connected to the Jonesboro location?
We’re both part of the Twin Rivers IV family! Paragould is its own franchise location, owned and operated by Pam Walls. You’ll receive the same quality care and Colorado-born protocols at both Arkansas locations.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
At your first appointment, we’ll take a few extra minutes to get to know you and ensure your safety. We’ll discuss your wellness goals, review your medical history, take your vitals, and have you complete a brief waiver. Most IV therapy sessions take about 30 minutes—for your first visit, please plan for an additional 15 minutes for the intake process.
Who administers the IVs?
Registered nurses! At Twin Rivers, we hire experienced registered nurses to educate and help you choose the service that’s right for you.
Do you take insurance?
We don’t accept insurance directly; however, clients have been able to use their HSA cards and MediFlex plans to cover the services we offer.
Do you have an infrared sauna?
Our Paragould location does not currently have an infrared sauna. For sauna services, please visit our Denver, Clayton, or Clinton locations.
